AL HAMRA Building is located in the East District of East Maqwa, Kuwait City. The entire building consists of a 412.5m high tower and a 40m high podium building. The building covers an area of about 10,800 square meters. The main building has 74 floors with a standard floor height of 4.2m. The curtain wall project of AL HAMRA building mainly includes glass curtain wall, stone curtain wall, glass window, shutters and steel structure project （skirt roof）, etc. The curtain wall area is 112000 m2.
